We can ground in a variety of ways, through our hands, our feet, sitting, standing, walking, or even floating in water. We also may enjoy grounding with our pets-having them sit in our lap or petting them. We also might ground by holding hands with a loved one, having our child sit on our lap, or using a weighted object to feel grounded.
