Resources can evoke powerful sensations and emotions, and sometimes these can change from pleasant to unpleasant very quickly or catch us off guard.  This is a common experience, and reminds us to keep tracking and being curious about what comes up.  We can always switch to a different resource or skill if the one we are using because overwhelming or unhelpful.
