One of my favorite Help Now strategies is to simply take a drink of water. As we stop to take a drink of water, we can notice its’ temperature, the weight of the container, and what sensations we notice as it goes into our belly. Or we can incorporate water in a different way by taking a shower or bath, going swimming, watering the flowers outside. We are intimately connected to water, and water has great power in ourselves and our lives. Check out this week's video here.
